How does it work?

Converting MLS® listing data to CREA’s NDS (National Data Standard) is usually a complex and costly undertaking requiring the development and maintenance of custom software by boards and associations. Using our extensive experience in developing such custom software for several Canadian boards and associations, EquiNet Inc. has now eliminated the need for custom programming by creating a convenient conversion and upload service called MLX2CREA.

The diagram above shows how the mapping of your MLX database within the MLX2CREA service is entirely determined using a set of pre-built components without a single line of code having to be written!

What this means?

EquiNet Inc. can quickly and efficiently setup the required CREA NDS conversion for any board or association’s MLS® database and provide reliable automated uploads to CREA at regular intervals as a service.

What you get?

Peace of mind that your board or association’s MLS® data will be uploaded to CREA with a convenient monitor webpage displaying the status of the latest CREA file transfers along with any errors detected in your MLS® data.

How much?

The upload service is billed at a fixed monthly rate based on the size of the membership of your board or association.
